Their front office gave me a 2-hour appointment window between 8 am and 10 am. David and Boris arrived on time at 8 am, which I really appreciate because it means minimal time away from my own office job. They diagnosed the problem with my fridge, explained the required parts and repair work, went out to pick up the parts and came back, and fixed my fridge promptly. From start to finish, the process only took a little more than 2 hours. These guys knew their stuff.
